2027 Community Research for Liberation National Convening

Research in Action invites proposals for its 2027 Community Research for Liberation National Convening in Minneapolis. Under the theme “Blueprints for Liberation: Wisdom, Imagination, and Solidarity,” it welcomes presentations, workshops, facilitated conversations, creative sessions, and other interactive offerings about community research and collective liberation. Community members, organizers, researchers, educators, artists, and others are invited to propose sessions, with a special invitation to youth leaders and advocates. Each accepted session receives a $500 honorarium, with up to $800 in travel support for presenters coming from outside Minnesota; both amounts are per session.
