Every conference asks for the same talk in a different shape

  • One form wants a 50-word abstract, the next wants 300 words, and a third splits it into description, outcomes and audience takeaways.
  • You paste your standard abstract, watch the counter turn red, and spend twenty minutes trimming words you liked.
  • Dropdowns ask for track, level and format using the organizer's labels, and you have to guess which option fits your session.
  • Some forms hide behind a login, so you cannot even see the questions until you create yet another account.
What you get

A proposal writer built around the real application form

Proposal Studio starts from the form itself and fills it in one field at a time, in the order and shape the reviewers will read it.

01

Reads the actual form

It follows the Submit proposal link up to two hops and reads Google Forms, HubSpot forms, Quickbase and native HTML forms. For login-walled forms it infers the fields from the call page.

02

Answers every field in order

You get a draft for each question as it appears on the form, so you can work top to bottom without reshuffling anything.

03

Respects word and character limits

Drafts stay inside each field's limit. Live word and character counters show where you stand and warn you if an edit runs over.

04

Picks the exact dropdown option

When a field asks you to choose a track, level or format, the draft selects one of the organizer's listed options word for word.

05

Written in your voice

Answers are in the first person, built from your profile and talk library. Credentials come only from what you have told us, and the bio is written in the third person for program use.

06

Adapts talks you already give

When a signature talk from your library fits the call, Proposal Studio adapts it to the event's theme, audience and format, along with a title, abstract, learning objectives and a note to the organizer.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How is this different from a general AI writing tool?

Proposal Studio begins with the specific conference application form. It reads the questions first, then drafts an answer for each field in order, obeys each word or character limit, and selects the exact option on each dropdown. You can paste the results straight into the form with Guided Apply.

Will the proposal sound like me?

Drafts are written in the first person from your profile, signature talks and past topics, so they read the way you would describe your own session. The speaker bio is written in the third person because most programs print it that way. You can edit any field before you submit.

Will it make up credentials or experience?

It sticks to what you give it. Proposal Studio uses only the credentials, roles and results in your profile and talk library. If a form asks for something your profile does not cover, the draft stays general so you can add the specifics yourself. Keeping your profile complete gives you the strongest drafts.

What happens if it cannot read the application form?

Some forms sit behind a login or load in ways a crawler cannot reach. In that case Proposal Studio infers the likely fields from the call page. You can also paste the form's link or paste the form text directly, and it re-reads the questions and redrafts every field to match.

Which form types does it support?

Proposal Studio reads Google Forms, HubSpot forms, Quickbase forms and native HTML forms. It follows Submit proposal links up to two hops to find the form. For anything else, including forms inside submission portals, paste the form text and it drafts to those exact questions.

Can it write an abstract for a talk I already give?

Yes. Save your signature talks in your talk library, with learning objectives if you have them. When a call fits one of those talks, Proposal Studio adapts it to the event's theme, audience, format and limits, so each conference gets a version tailored to its form.
