For speaker bureaus, agencies, and coaches

Keep every speaker on your roster pitching, every week

Worth the Pitch searches for calls for speakers every day, scores each one against each speaker's topics and fee, drafts proposals in each speaker's voice for the organizer's real form, and tracks every submission. One account runs the whole roster.

Up to 30 speakers from $349 a month. A 14-day refund on your first payment.

Inbound inquiries fill part of the calendar. Proactive pitching fills the rest, and it takes hours per speaker.

  • Your speakers expect you to find stages beyond the inquiries that arrive on their own, and searching event sites for each of them eats the week.
  • Every conference form wants the bio, abstract, and learning objectives in a different shape and length, so each submission means rewriting from scratch.
  • Deadlines, submissions, and follow-ups live in a spreadsheet that only one person keeps current.
  • You find a great call for one speaker and realize two others on the roster fit it better, after the deadline has passed.
What you get

One account, a pipeline for every speaker

Each speaker gets their own profile, talks, fee floor, matches, speaker page, and pipeline. Switch between them from the top of the dashboard.

01

Onboard a speaker in a minute

Upload a speaker's bio, one-sheet, or CV and Profile Autopilot builds their full profile: topics, audiences, signature talks, and fee floor. Bureau includes 60 imports a month.

02

Matches for every speaker, every six hours

We check new calls for speakers around the clock and score each one from 0 to 100 against each speaker, with the reasons shown and a Worth Check verdict against their fee floor.

03

Proposals in each speaker's voice

Proposal Studio reads the organizer's real application form and drafts every field from that speaker's profile and talks, inside every word limit. Draft my top 3 writes a speaker's best three at once.

04

Submit fast with Guided apply

Move through each form field by field with Copy and next, or let the free Autofill browser extension type the answers into the form for you.

05

A pipeline you can hand off

Every submission is recorded with what was sent, its status, fee, and an automatic follow-up date, so anyone picking up the account knows where each pitch stands.

06

Speaker pages and featured listings

Each speaker can have a public page with an Invite to speak form and a featured listing in the directory organizers browse. Inquiries land in your dashboard.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is the difference between Pro and Bureau?

Pro manages up to 10 speakers with 200 proposal drafts a month. Bureau manages up to 30 speakers with 600 drafts, 60 Profile Autopilot imports, and 12 Stage Coach practice sessions a month. Both include featured directory listings, speaker page analytics, and priority alerts.

Do my speakers need their own accounts?

No. You manage every speaker from your account. Each speaker has a separate profile, talks, matches, drafts, speaker page, and pipeline.

Can several people on my team sign in?

Each account has one sign-in today, so most bureaus use a shared team mailbox for it. Every proposal and submission is recorded in the pipeline, which makes it easy for a colleague to pick up where someone left off.

Can I move between plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the Plans tab, and card payments are prorated automatically. If you move to a plan with fewer speaker slots, the extra profiles are kept and become available again when you upgrade.

Is there a refund if it is not a fit?

Yes. Email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. You can export all your data at any time.

Can speakers practice their talks too?

Yes. Bureau includes 12 Stage Coach sessions a month: a speaker records a run-through and gets a Stage Score, timed coaching notes, and drills for the weak spots.
