About this call

CiderCon 2027 brings cider-focused education to San Antonio alongside the Craft Brewers Conference. The American Cider Association sought educational session proposals on cidermaking and production, flavor and tasting, and orcharding, as well as research poster proposals advancing the apple and cider industries.
