About Dr.
Dr. Kris Tolman helps people stop trying to be enough and start knowing they already are. A certified life coach with a PhD in Adult, Professional, and Community Education, she draws on twenty five years of working in higher education, and a lifetime of leading and learning alongside people. Her work is grounded in constructive developmental theory, which describes how adults grow in the way they make meaning of their lives, and in her own experience of spending years believing something was wrong with her until she learned to question her thoughts and decide for herself what is true. Today, she walks alongside people through that same process, making space for them to question, explore, and decide what is true for them.
