What you get
An international search built around the languages you present in
International calls is an opt-in section of your profile. Tick International calls, pick your countries, list your presenting languages, and a separate International tab appears in your matches.
Searched in the local language and in English
We search each country in its main language, using that country's search index where one is available, and add English searches for international and English-language events held there.
Every call translated to English
When a call page is in another language, the event name, description, requirements, topics and formats are translated faithfully into English. URLs, emails and dates stay exactly as published.
Matched to the languages you speak on stage
Your matches keep only calls that accept talks in a language you present in. Add Spanish or French to your profile and we also search your home country for calls in those languages.
English-speaking markets join your main matches
English-language calls from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore and India appear in your main match list alongside your home-country calls.
English drafts from translated calls
Proposal Studio drafts in English from the translated call. Its notes remind you to confirm on the original page that English talks are accepted and to check whether the form wants a local-language title or summary too.

The first searches for a new country run within a day. Each call we find is read, translated into English and scored against your profile.

Review the International tab
Open the International filter in Matches to see calls from your chosen countries, each with its fit score, deadline and accepted talk languages.

Questions, answered
How many countries can I search?
Up to three. Each country gets its own set of searches, so the limit keeps discovery focused on the places you actually want to speak. You can swap a country out at any time from your profile, and searches for the one you removed stop.
Which languages are supported?
You can list any of about 80 languages as a presenting language, from Spanish, French, German and Portuguese to Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi and Swahili. Each country is searched in its main language, and calls are translated into English for you to read.
Will I see calls that require a language I do not speak?
Your matches keep only calls that accept talks in a language on your profile. Add every language you present in, and calls needing a language you leave off are skipped.
Do I need to turn this on to see calls from the UK or Canada?
English-language calls from the UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore and India join your main matches. Pick those countries in the International section to have them searched directly as well.
I present in Spanish. Can I find Spanish-language calls at home?
Yes. Each language you add beyond English gets its own searches in your home country. A US speaker who adds Spanish, for example, also sees Spanish-language calls held in the US.
How soon do results appear after I add a country?
The first searches for a new country run within a day. Its matches then appear under the International tab in Matches, scored like every other call.
