What you get
Email alerts tuned to your fit score and your deadlines
Everything is controlled from the Notifications card on the Settings tab. Tick the emails you want, choose your alert score and set your reminder days.
Deadline reminders 7, 3 and 1 day out
Each call you have saved, drafted or started applying to gets a reminder email before it closes. The default schedule is 7, 3 and 1 day before the deadline.
Reminder days you choose
Enter your own schedule in Reminder days before deadline, separated by commas, such as 10, 5, 2. Pick the rhythm that matches how long your proposals take.
A minimum score for alerts
Set Alert me for scores of at least to any number from 0 to 100. Digests and alerts include only calls at or above it, so your inbox stays focused while your dashboard shows a wider list.
Priority alerts on Growth and Pro
Strong new matches scoring 75 or higher are emailed soon after they are scored, ahead of your daily digest. You get at most one priority email every three hours, with up to five matches, and each match is sent once.
A free weekly email with no account
Enter a topic and your email on the call alerts page. Every Monday you get up to eight open calls for speakers on that topic, soonest deadline first, with a one-click unsubscribe link.

How it works
How to set up your alerts and reminders

Open Settings
In your dashboard, open the Settings tab and find the Notifications card.

Choose your emails
Tick Email notifications, then Daily match digest, Deadline reminders or both.

Set your score and days
Enter your alert score from 0 to 100 and your reminder days, such as 7, 3, 1. Click Save settings.

Save the calls you want
Save a match or draft a proposal for it, and its deadline reminders are scheduled automatically. Mark it submitted when you apply and it moves to your pipeline.

Questions, answered
Which calls get deadline reminders?
Reminders go out for matches you have saved, started drafting or are applying to. Save the calls you plan to pursue and their reminders are scheduled for you. Calls you hide stay quiet.
Can I change the reminder schedule?
Yes. In Settings, enter the days you want in Reminder days before deadline, separated by commas. The default is 7, 3, 1, and a schedule such as 10, 5, 2 works just as well.
How is the alert score different from my minimum match score?
The Minimum match score on your profile controls which calls appear in your Matches list. Alert me for scores of at least, in Settings, controls which calls appear in digests and alerts. Set the alert score a little higher, for example 65 for matches and 75 for email.
How fresh are the matches in my digest?
Matches refresh every 6 hours in the background and right after you change your profile. The digest lists new matches since your last one, and expired calls are hidden automatically.
What is the free weekly email?
It is a Monday email of up to eight open calls for speakers on a topic you choose, soonest deadline first. Sign up on the call alerts page with your topic and email, click the confirmation link, and unsubscribe any time in one click. No account is needed.
Can I get only deadline reminders?
Yes. Leave Email notifications and Deadline reminders ticked, untick Daily match digest, and click Save settings.
