Apply this week and Draft my top 3
See which calls close in the next 14 days and draft proposals for your best three matches with one click.
The Apply this week board sits at the top of your Matches tab and keeps your nearest deadlines in view. Its Draft my top 3 button writes three proposals for you while you work on something else.
Reading the board
The board heading tells you how many calls close in the next 14 days, for example "4 calls closing in the next 14 days." When nothing closes that soon, the heading reads "Get ahead of your best matches."
Each row shows:
- The match score
- The event name
- Proposals due with the date and days left, plus the conference dates when known
- A status badge: Draft ready or Not started
- An action button: Draft proposal for new rows, or Apply now once a draft exists
Rows are sorted by deadline, soonest first. Calls you have already submitted, hidden, or closed out leave the board.
Draft my top 3
This button drafts proposals for your three best open matches that have no draft yet. It picks calls with the nearest deadlines first and uses the match score to break ties.
- Open the Matches tab.
- Click Draft my top 3 on the Apply this week board. If fewer than three calls qualify, the button shows the actual number.
- Keep working. A status line reports progress, such as "Writing proposal 2 of 3, matched to each conference's form."
- When it finishes, you see "3 proposals drafted. Click Apply now to finish each one." The rows switch to Draft ready.
Each draft reads the conference's application form and answers every field, the same way a single draft does. See drafting proposals.
Each proposal counts toward your monthly draft allowance. Draft my top 3 uses three drafts. If you run out partway, the board tells you and offers plan options.
Finish each application
- Click Apply now on a row marked Draft ready.
- The Proposal studio opens with your draft, and Guided apply starts automatically.
- Review the answers, copy each one into the conference's form, and submit it there.
- Click I submitted it. The event moves to your Pipeline with a follow-up reminder.
If you close Guided apply with Not yet, save for later, your draft stays on the board.
A weekly routine that works
- Monday: open Matches, glance at the board, and click Draft my top 3.
- Tuesday to Thursday: review one draft a day and submit it with Guided apply.
- Friday: check the Pipeline tab for follow-ups due.
Common questions
Why is the board missing?
The board appears when you have open matches. If every match is submitted or hidden, it stays out of the way until new matches arrive.
Can I pick which three get drafted?
Draft my top 3 chooses for you. To draft a specific call, click Draft proposal on its row or its match card.
Does it submit anything for me?
No. You review every draft and submit it yourself on the conference's site.
