Copy & next
Each step shows the field's label, its limit and your answer. Click Copy & next, paste into the form, and the next field opens. A progress bar and step count track where you are.
Headshot download
When the form asks for a photo, click Download headshot, upload the file, and click Done.
Mark it submitted
After you press submit on the conference's site, click I submitted it. The event moves to your Pipeline as Submitted, with a follow-up reminder 14 days out, or 10 days after the deadline if that is later.
Apply this week board
The top of your Matches tab lists calls closing in the next 14 days, soonest first, each with its score, due date, a Draft ready or Not started badge, and the next action.

Questions, answered
Does Worth the Pitch submit the proposal for me?
You submit every application yourself on the conference's site, so you review each answer before it goes in. Guided Apply makes that quick by handing you each field in order with Copy & next.
What happens when I click I submitted it?
The event moves to your Pipeline with the status Submitted, and a follow-up reminder is set for 14 days out, or 10 days after the deadline if that is later. A message confirms the date.
Can I stop partway and come back?
Yes. On the last step, click Not yet, save for later, and your draft waits on the Apply this week board. You can also close the dialog at any point and reopen it from the Proposal studio.
How does Draft my top 3 choose which calls to draft?
It picks your three best open matches that have no draft yet, starting with the nearest deadlines and using the match score to break ties. If fewer than three qualify, the button shows the actual number. To draft a specific call, click Draft proposal on its row or match card.
What if the form asks for something my profile cannot answer?
That step shows (empty: write this one yourself). Type your answer straight into the conference's form and carry on with the next step.
Does it work when the form could not be read?
Yes. Guided Apply walks you through the standard pieces, Session title, Abstract, Learning objectives and Speaker bio, plus your headshot. For a field-by-field match, paste the form into the Proposal studio first.
