Fill conference forms with the Autofill extension
Install the free Chrome and Edge extension, connect it once, and fill any conference application from your draft with one click.
The Autofill extension types your proposal into the conference's application form. Open the form, click the Worth the Pitch icon, and every answer from your draft lands in the right box. You read it over and press Submit yourself. The extension is free with every plan and works in Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Install and connect
- Go to the extension page and follow the install steps. It takes about a minute.
- Pin Worth the Pitch from the puzzle-piece icon in your toolbar so it is one click away.
- In your dashboard, open Settings, find the Autofill extension card, and press Connect.
- If the extension asks for a code, enter the 8-character code shown on that card. It works once and expires in 5 minutes.
Fill a form
- Generate a draft for the call in the Proposal studio. See drafting proposals.
- Open the conference's application. For a portal, sign in there first.
- Click the Worth the Pitch icon, or press Alt+Shift+W. The extension recognizes the call and shows your draft for it.
- Press Fill this form. Text boxes, track and format choices, rich-text editors, and your headshot are filled in. Answers are trimmed to fit each character limit, and filled boxes glow orange.
- Read every answer, complete the personal choices such as consent and recording agreements, and press Submit on the form.
- Back in the extension, tap I submitted it. The event moves to your Pipeline with a follow-up reminder.
Is the form behind a login we could not read? Press Read this form and rewrite my answers in the extension. It reads the questions on your screen and your draft is rewritten to match them word for word. That counts as one draft.
Privacy
- The extension reads a page only after you click it on that page.
- It skips password fields and never sees your portal passwords.
- Connecting creates a separate key that works only for the extension. Disconnect any browser from the Autofill extension card in Settings at any time.
Troubleshooting
The extension says to write a draft first
Open the match in your dashboard and press Draft proposal. Your drafts appear in the extension, ready to fill.
It picked the wrong call
Press Not this call? Choose another draft and pick the right one before filling.
Some boxes stayed empty
The extension lists personal choices and agreements under Decide these yourself, and anything it could not place under Answer these yourself, with a copy button for each leftover answer. Fill those in on the form directly.
I prefer to copy answers by hand
Guided apply walks you through the same answers one field at a time, with no extension needed.
