Your speaker page and the directory
Publish a shareable speaker page with an Invite to speak form, and list yourself in the speaker directory.
Your speaker page is a public web page at worththepitch.com/s/your-name that shows organizers who you are and lets them invite you to speak. You can also list it in the speaker directory so event planners can find you.
What your page shows
- Your name, professional title, and bio
- Your headshot
- Your topics
- Your signature talks from the Talks tab
- An optional Invite to speak form
- An optional "Fees from" line based on your minimum fee
The page pulls from your profile, so keep your bio and talks current and the page stays current too.
Publish your page
- Open the Profile tab and scroll to Your public speaker page.
- Click Upload photo to add a headshot. JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 8 MB.
- Set your Page address. Use your name or your speaking brand, for example jordan-rivera.
- Choose your options:
- Show the "Invite to speak" form (on by default)
- Show "Fees from" my minimum fee
- Turn on the Published switch.
- Click Save page. You'll see "Your speaker page is live."
- Click View page to see it, or Copy link to share it.
Put your page link in your email signature and social profiles. The follow-up email templates in your Pipeline add it to your signature automatically once the page is published.
Booking inquiries
When an organizer fills in the Invite to speak form, the message lands in your Inbox tab. A count on the Inbox tab shows unread messages. Reply by email from the inquiry, then click Mark as read.
Get listed in the speaker directory
- In the Speaker directory box on the same card, turn on List me.
- Work through the checklist that appears. It shows what your listing still needs, such as a headshot or bio.
- Save your page. Listings are reviewed for quality before they appear.
The badge next to Speaker directory shows your listing status. Growth and Pro members are featured in the directory.
Page analytics
On any paid plan, the card shows your Page views over 30 days, visits From the directory, and Booking inquiries. Free pages show a small "Speaker page by Worth the Pitch" credit, which paid plans remove. See plans and billing.
Common questions
Can I change my page address later?
Yes. Edit Page address and click Save page. Then update the link anywhere you shared it.
How do I take my page down?
Turn off Published and click Save page. Turn off List me to leave the directory.
Why was my directory listing held back?
Listings are reviewed for quality. Check the checklist and any note in the Speaker directory box, complete the missing items, and save again.
How do organizers contact me?
Through the Invite to speak form on your page. Their message arrives in your Inbox with their email address, so you can reply directly.
