Privacy, data export, and account deletion
Download all your data as JSON, schedule account deletion, and see how we handle your information.
You own your profile, talks, and proposals. You can download a full copy at any time and schedule your account for deletion from the Settings tab.
Export your data
- Open the Settings tab.
- In the Privacy & data card, click Export my data.
- Your browser downloads a JSON file with everything we store about you.
JSON is a plain-text format that most tools can open. It is handy for keeping a personal backup or moving your talk library and proposals into another system.
Export your data before you delete your account. Once deletion runs, we cannot recover your proposals or pipeline history.
Delete your account
- If you have a paid plan, cancel it first on the Plans tab. See plans and billing.
- Open Settings and click Delete account in the Privacy & data card.
- Enter your Password to confirm it is you.
- Optional: add a Reason. It helps us improve.
- Click Schedule deletion.
Your account is scheduled for deletion after a short grace period. The Privacy & data card shows the date, for example "Deletion scheduled after" followed by the date.
Changed your mind?
Sign in before the grace period ends, open Settings, and click Cancel deletion. Your account stays exactly as it was.
How we handle your information
- Payments: handled by Stripe or PayPal. Card details never touch our servers.
- Your documents: files you upload to Profile Autopilot are used to build your profile.
- Your public page: only what you choose to publish on your speaker page is visible to others. You control it with the Published and List me switches. See your speaker page and the directory.
- Proposals: drafts stay in your account until you copy them into a conference's form yourself. We never submit anything on your behalf.
- Our crawler: when we look for calls for speakers, we honor each site's robots.txt and identify our crawler.

Keep your account secure
- Use a password of at least 12 characters that you do not use elsewhere.
- If you forget it, click Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to get a reset link.
- Click Log out at the bottom of the sidebar when you use a shared computer.
Common questions
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
Cancel your paid plan on the Plans tab before you delete. That way billing stops cleanly.
What does the export include?
Everything we store about you, such as your profile, talks, and proposals, in one JSON file.
Can I use the export elsewhere?
Yes. The file is yours. Open it in any text editor, or copy your bio and talk abstracts into other tools.
